- “Tenjoran eggs” from free range chickens raised using only proprietary feed. The shop and café sell fresh eggs and sweets, and raw egg over rice is served in the eat-in space. The “Angelic custard soft-serve ice cream”, “UOVO pudding” and “heavenly egg roll cake” made using Tenjoran eggs and milk produced in Itoshima are particularly popular items.
