  • Kitajima Pork has made a name for itself as Yoichi’s brand of pork, and now Kitajima Farm proudly presents “Wine Pork” as an even better product. As the name suggests, the new pork is raised on a diet of Yoichi red wine diluted with water. The sweetness of the fatty meat, which has been popular for a long time, is still there.
