  • For lunch and dinner, they welcome a total of four groups of guests per day. As the menu is only chef’s choice, the owner chef Mr. Kohei Wakasugi is putting his skills to the best hospitality every day. Starting with a hotel restaurant in Sapporo, he trained at a three-star Michelin restaurant in France and a starred restaurant in Tokyo. He opened this restaurant when he returned to his native Hokkaido in 2006. In pursuit of the ideal of sublimating Hokkaido’s ingredients into a superb French dish, he arrived at the current style of chef’s choice course. In 2017, the restaurant was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido, and is now known as one of the best French restaurants in Hokkaido. The restaurant never shows off its originality and instead uses ingredients from Hokkaido to create the best of French cuisine.
