You are sure to find a cherished piece unique in many ways

  • The town of Ginowan is situated so that it connects the central and northern parts of the main island. Its many charming interior goods shops and cafés make the area enjoyable for leisurely strolls. Mofgmona no Zakka is just like a cozy attic and can be found on the 3rd floor of the popular Mofgmona Café, which itself has a nicely nostalgic atmosphere.

  • Visitors to Mofgmona no Zakka will find a rich selection of pottery pieces that owner Go Maejima has collected while walking around visiting Okinawa studios. The pieces of course include traditional yachimun pottery and Ryukyu glass, as well as distinctive works by young artists. The pottery, set within the soft light of the room, is so inviting and approachable that it makes you want to hold each creation in your hands.
